This week you need to finish up studying for the Module 6 test and take it at the beginning of the week. Then, begin reading Module 7, pages 253-279, and do your Definitions and OYOs as you read. We will have a short open-book quiz in class on Friday. Remember, you need to stay caught up on all of your assignments so that you don’t get overwhelmed when it’s time to study for the midterm. We only have 3 more class meeting times before the midterm. So, I will bring the study guide information for the midterm to class this week so that you can get started working on that.…

This week you need to finish reading Module 6, pages 234-246, and do your Definitions and OYOs as you read. Then you need to complete your SGQs and study for your test. We will not have a quiz in class Friday, but we will do Experiment 6.2 so be familiar with that before class. Reminder: you need to STUDY this week for the test. The content of our textbook is not too hard – this is normal for high school level biology courses, but it does require studying. So, first, this is a reminder that you do need to spend time actually studying (memorizing) the study guide and notes from…

This week you need to complete the Module 5 test that I sent home with you. Remember, this is OPEN BOOK. Also, if you have not yet turned in your homework (OYOs, Definitions, SGQs) from Module 4 or 5, now is the time to do that! Send me a text or email with pics of your work to get credit for those. After doing that, you need to begin reading Module 6, pages 213-233, doing your Definitions and OYOs as you read. We will have an open book quiz at the beginning of class next Friday, so come to class prepared for that.

This week you need to take Module 4 test and bring it back to class to be graded. Then you need to read ALL of Module 5, pages 179-207, writing your Definitions and answering the OYOs as you read. Please go ahead and complete your SGQs as well. I know that this may seem like a lot of work for one week, but it is a similar number of pages to any other week, and I needed to choose one module to be done in one week rather than two for the schedule to work out correctly for the year. Please do not be discouraged by the difficulty of this…
