Please finish Chapter 17 this week, except for Lesson 5, the writing assignment. Chapter 17 deals with quotation rules, so study well References 48-51. For composition, type or rewrite your “Ant and the Chrysalis” story to turn in on Friday. Don’t forget to underline your Figures of Description (FODs) and label them at the end of the sentence in which they are written. For example: A cool breeze tickled the ant’s back as he searched for food. (Anemographia) The last thing to do on this lesson is to go over reduction (page 12, #2). This week finish Lesson XXVI workbook pages and review the lesson for the quiz. You will be quizzed on the chart (exactly like the last quiz) and you will need to be able to put the vocabulary in any form asked, such as: faith (gen/pl) = fiderum. Also, your bonus will come from the answers to workbook page 138, section IV. I’ll give you the English to one of the translations, and you will give me the Latin. Happy studying!
