This week for Biology you need to take Module 5 test. Remember that it will be straight from the Study Guide so be really familiar with that before you take it! Then you need to read p. 213-233 in Module 6 and do the definitions and OYO’s as you go. We will have an open-book quiz at the beginning of class on Friday on what you’ve read in Module 6 this week.

This week is going to be busy for Biology, so buckle down and be diligent about it all! If you haven’t already taken Module 4 test, you need to complete that and bring it back to class Friday. Biology
This week you need to finish reading Module 4, p. 161-172, doing the definitions and the OYO’s. Also make sure you do the study guide questions and begin studying for the test. We will not have a quiz this week in class. Instead, we will be starting class with a repeat of last week’s lab. I want to remind you that lab participation is part of your grade so please take this seriously. We spent 25 minutes of our class time on our lab last week and didn’t accomplish much. Read Chapter 7 Do Exercises: Day 1 Day 3 #’s 26, 26, 29 Read Plato, The Power of Love at the end of the exercises for chapter 7. Don’t do the assignment, we will talk through that in class.

This week you need to finish reading Module 3 and complete all of the definitions, OYO’s, and your study guide. Go ahead and start studying your SGQ before class Friday also! Please bring all of this to class with you Friday to show me that you have completed it. If the weather is sunny enough we will repeat Experiment 3.1 in class this Friday. Otherwise we will have an open-book quiz and will finish covering the material from the module and review before the take home test.

This week for Biology, please finish reading Module 2, p.63-79, writing the definitions and answering the OYO questions. Then make sure to complete the study guide and study for the test. We will do experiment 2.2 in class this Friday. If you are wanting extra credit, you can complete experiment 2.3 at home, writing up a few paragraphs of information about it and send me pictures of you doing the experiment. We will have a short open-book quiz at the beginning of class this week on what you are assigned to read at home.
