This week you need to write a lab report in your own words on the lab we did in class last Friday looking at lymphoid tissue in the tonsils. Finish reading this Module, pages 394-404, and do the OYO’s as you read. Also, complete the SGQ’s and begin studying for the test. I forgot to pass out the 2 CBE’s for this module so I will send them to class with Hannah on Tuesday. Make sure you get these from her, please, and have them completed by Friday! We will have a quiz in class Friday, as well as finish the rest of the module covering immunity.

This week you need to complete Module 11 test that I passed out at the end of class Friday. Some copies were left in the classroom, so let me know if you need a copy. Then you need to read Module 12, pages 382-393 and answer the OYOs as you read. You will also need to write and type two lab reports for the dissections we completed in class Friday. But sure to describe the procedure in enough details that someone else could copy what you have done. This week you need to read pages 356-375 and do all the OYO’s as you read. Make sure to also do your CBE’s and SGQ’s for this module. Read over experiment 11.2 because we will be doing both the heart and eye dissections on Friday. I will contact y’all later in the week to tell you details about that!

This week you need to complete Module 10 test OPEN BOOK. Remember, these answers need to be in your own words – you may use the textbook or your classroom notes, but not the test key that came with the textbook! I want to be able to see your comprehension in your answers to the questions! After that, you need to read pages 340-355, and complete your OYO’s. Make sure to read carefully through Experiment 11.1 in the book on page 350 so that we can complete this lab in class. (You will have to write a lab report!)

This week you need to finish reading the Module, pages 253-263, answering the OYO’s as you go. Also, make sure to complete the CBE’s I gave you in class and the SGQ’s. Hopefully we will be dissecting sheep brains in class this next week – if they come in time! If they don’t, we will move on to the next module so that we can still have an open week to do the dissection later. Please take time this week to watch this video so that you are familiar with what we are doing to be doing: https://youtu.be/eCwbMnJTRTk

This week your only assignment is to study modules 1-7 for the midterm. Use the study guide I’ve given you – the midterm is taken directly from that. Let me know if you have any questions! If you have any assignments you haven’t turned in for the semester yet, please bring them to class Friday! tha
