    Lingua Latina for April 25th

    Your assignment is a bit different for this week.  Please read carefully. Each of you will have a different assignment and it will be counted as a quiz grade. The assignments are as follows: Be prepared to translate your portion (30 lines) of Chapter XVI in class: Jonathan:  Lines 25-55 Claire:  Lines 56-86 Kelly:  Lines 87-117 Shafer:  Lines 118-148 It is okay to write words in your book that you’ve looked up. (Unless your parents have told you otherwise!)

    Lingua Latina for March 7th

    Quiz (as you know) is the last two columns of the 14-16 Vocabulary sheets.  It will be matching AND all the terms will be on the quiz. Do Visual Latin Worksheets, Chapter 45. We already started on it in class last Friday. Try to stay warm!

    Finish Visual Latin Worksheets, Lesson 44 Quiz on rest of Visual Latin, Lesson 44, page 5 Chart (that would be the infinitive forms for moneo, pono, audio, and sum) Quiz also on the rest of Lingua Latina Vocabulary V (Chap. 14-16).  You’ve already been quizzed on the first column.  This quiz will cover the last 3 columns. Read Lingua Latina, Chapter XV, page 112.  We’ll try to read some together in class this Friday.

    Lingua Latina for February 7th

    Do Visual Latin Worksheets, Lesson 42 Read Lingua Latina, Chapter XIV, pages 106-108 QUIZ: 3rd declension noun endings (masc/fem) will be fine  AND the entire block for voco on the 1st sheet of VL Lesson 42 (that’s the infinitive, the present participle, perfect participle, and the future participle for voco).  Make sure you know what they mean.  If you have any questions, shoot me an email.
