Let me start by saying I’m so proud of all my students for their perseverance last semester. Keep up the good work and finish well! Workbook exercises for Chapter 15. Quiz this Friday on Chapter 15. Verb to conjugate is “teneo, tenere, tenui, tentus.” I’ll send out semester grades this week via email.

This test is a good indication that you are/are not ready to move on to the Unit III. Since there is no new material, please review, review, review this week. Practice Booklet: Page 13, Chapter 14 Practice Sentences for Lessons 2 & 3 Daily Grams through Day 42 Workbook: Vocabulary Set 2, Chapter 14, Page 7 Workbook: Chapter 14 Practices, Pages 61-63 (That’s three pages of exercises!) Workbook: Test 14, page 96 Teacher’s Manual: Writing Assignment #17 (Five-Paragraph Persuasive Essay in First Person), Page 259 I had mentioned a quiz to the students on Friday. THERE WILL BE NO QUIZ. But it is still a good idea to memorize the list of subordinate conjunctions. You can find the list on page 32 of the workbook. It is labeled Reference 43.
