Dear Student, |
I am looking forward to getting to know each of you through this class! Being able to write clearly and logically will be a tremendous asset to you for the rest of your life. This year we will vary our pace depending on the Lesson, but there will always be something due to me by the next Friday. (Please see my late work policy below!) We will skip some Lessons due to the brevity of our semesters. Make sure you follow the syllabus carefully. When you include a FOD or FOS, you need to label it within the body of your paper. You must either clearly handwrite your paper double-spaced on notebook paper or type it in 12-point font double-spaced. |

|
Late Work Policy: I will accept late work for up to 7 days after the due date. It will be assessed a 10% late penalty. |
Any work turned in after 7 days will not be graded unless your parent has made prior arrangements with me. |
Computer or printer issues will not be considered valid excuses. If you can’t type it, please write it out legibly. |
