Geometry for 8/24-8/28

Hello!
I am excited to be starting another school year and look forward to having each of you in class.

We will do one or two Geometry lessons per week as well as an algebra review lesson.
The Geometry textbook(hardback book) will contain material for you to read and study and then you will do your homework in the student workbook. Most lessons have 5 worksheets labeled A,B, C , D and E.
For Algebra review this week, I am assigning p. 159 from the red algebra book we used last year. ( I have some extra copies that I will bring in on Friday)
Some of you do not have this and I will take a picture of the page and send it in another email.
I will put answers to p. 159 at the bottom of this email.

Also, for algebra, I am sending a website address to some videos that should help refresh the algebra concepts for this week. If you miss several on p. 159, I highly suggest that you go to this site.
Go to algebra-class.com and then click the Algebra I tab near the top and then scroll down to the red letters that say Solving Equations. You can click any of those links to see examples and even watch videos to refresh your memory on solving linear equations.

This week’s algebra review concept is solving linear equations.
