We covered Chapter 14, Lesson 1.  Please finish Lessons 2-5 which includes the second set of vocabulary, practice sentences, test, and the essay.  The essay instructions are on page 259 of the teacher’s manual.  It is Writing Assignment Box #1.  Your topic choices for your 5-paragraph persuasive essay are “Why Good Manners are Important” or “Why We Need Smoke-Free Restaurants.”
