5th Grade Grammar for September 5

I am very pleased how everyone did in class on Friday.  Each student was respectful and worked diligently!  We were able to do a great deal of chapter 1 in class.  I taught all of lesson 1, lesson 3, lesson 4 (except for vocabulary words #2, and the writing time on lesson 5.

This is what remains:

Lesson 2:  Review good study skills with your child

Lesson 4:  Vocabulary list #2 (Please see page 4 of the teacher’s manual to follow the “six-step vocabulary plan”

Lesson 5:  Chapter 1 Test (Please review synonyms and antonyms before test.
